I had set up a recurring reminder to make sure I use my voucher and when it popped up today, it made me wonder whether I ever thanked you for your efforts during my trip. If I did not, I would like to thank you for all that you did. I can’t imagine what it would have been like, other than a lot more stressful, without you watching out for me as I was traveling down to the Caribbean. And also, thank you following up with the airline, resulting in the travel voucher. That was something you certainly didn’t have to do and yet you did.

I want to thank you for all your help with the trip. We had a great time. You can tell by the BIG smiles. Doug actually said he would do a cruise again. Our cabin was perfect. It was just the perfect location on the boat with a nice big window and not just the little porthole. We loved our head waiter in the main dining room. We did spend way too much on drinks on the ship, but other than that, we would not have changed a thing. The R. & R. was much needed. I am so happy that I was given your number.
